Barbados had beautiful weather this year to put everyone in the right mood for the yearly Crop Over festivities. If you would like to see the road march that took place, please go to video info page and look at our recently posted video.
Following our article in the Nation newspaper (28/5/2008) we received many warm words of encouragement that we greatly appreciate. I know that many people have tried to buy the CD online , but unfortunately this section of the website is not up and running yet. We hope to have this in place within the next several weeks. We are looking for distributors of the CD for the North American and European Market if anyone out there has any interest in this and has the right credentials please send an email to paulrichings@cdbarbados.com

Whats is CD Barbados....here you can read about the CD Rom or view a short video showing the content of the CD. It will show you how easy to use the CD is, and all the interesting pictures that have been taken around the island.
Things to do in Barbados...this will interest you if you are looking for activities to do or restaurants to eat at etc. Be sure to scroll down in each of the places you visit to either see the menus of the restaurants, further info , or a video (for example if you go into Activities-Globe Cinemas, and then scroll down you can see the current movies playing at their cinemas). You can also add a comment here to each of the points of interest so that others may read the ratings and what you have thought about them in either service.
Links.....This is an alphabetically categorised links page giving you direct access to the web pages of the services and business' in Barbados.
Forum.....this is a place where anybody can express themselves, the forum is divided into two parts, Tourist Talk, for tourists, and Bajan Banter for local interests. You can create any topic you like in these forums and then start a community discussion about it. There are rules to this feature of the site. Please refrain from abusive posts, these will be deleted. If you challenge someones post make sure you have an argument to add to the debate. It is simple to use and in time if you use it enough you can create an account and be a permanent member.
Chat Room.....this is mainly there so from time to time we can give you the opportunity to pose your questions to a special guest.
Video Info.... gives you a showing of some of the more interesting videos currently online, these videos will be changed and updated at times. If there is a video that you have made and posted online somewhere let us know if you would like to have it shown here for people to see.
Points of Sale.....simply shows you where on the island you can buy a copy of CD Barbados.
Weather Info....shows current conditions in Barbados, you can also view a ten day forecast from this link.
News and Events.... still in development here, but it will give information about upcoming activites on the island and articles posted will be about interesting things that have happened.....is there anything you would like to write about and post....let us know.
